So I've been doing the 30 minute Celebrity Fit Club BootCamp Workout for the past couple of weeks...until this past Monday, anyway. I started doing the 50 minute version.
It's basically the same as the 30 minute version for the first half hour, but after that you REALLY kick it into high gear. What an excellent workout. It's not TOO hard, but it's not easy, either. You don't get time to rest! It's a fast-paced cardio workout that also includes moves to strengthen your arms, legs, back and stomach! I like that it inclues cardio and strength training.
When you're done, there's a nice cool down period. It's a challenging workout that makes you want to keep going!! It gives you a sense of strength & power!
I must say, if you're eating properly and you do this workout, you will lose weight like crazy! It's pretty intense. I love it.
I'm so used to it now that I can do the 30 minute version without barely breaking a sweat. That's why I force myself to do the 50 minute one. I don't feel like I get a good enough workout by just doing the 30 minute one. It's not enough. I never thought I'd say that...I used to hate exercise.
Anyways, that's my workout. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good way to lose weight and tone your body at the same time!
