I weighed myself on Tuesday, and am happy to say I've lost 4 pounds already!! I was pretty happy as I didn't expect to lose that much. I am continuing on my plan, 'cause hey - it's working!! So, I'm losing about 2 pounds a week, which is healthy, according to " experts". But, I admit I haven't exercised as much as I should have. I'm obviously working out enough to lose weight, but I'd like to lose a little more per week, if possible, so I'm going to step it up a little!
Next weigh in is in3 days! Hope to have lost a few more pounds!
